Jim "Moose" Brown
You’ve sung It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere, but he wrote it. Jim Moose Brown has written songs performed by Willie Nelson, Alan Jackson, Jimmy Buffett, Jamey Johnson, and others. As a session player Moose won the Academy of Country Music award for “Piano/Keyboard Player Of The Year” in 2015, 2017, and 2023. He has played on over 40 #1 singles.

Christina Crystal
Christina Crystal was born and raised on the Gulf Coast in the small town of Miflin, AL. She grew up learning from local musicians and songwriters about performing and how to write. At first, Country music came naturally to her but you’ll find a variety of folk and rock in her setlist. 2015 she formed an independent record label with her partner called Sandy Roots Records where they recorded her debut album “Silent Sea” The independent road has brought her close to 5,000 live shows. One highway led her to release “Dolly, Would You Pardon Me” along with a darling music video. Katie Dineen
Katie Dineen, based in Pensacola, Florida, has been a musician all her life but began songwriting in her early twenties. She founded the Pensacola Songwriter Rounds series to support and inspire local songwriters. Her debut record, This One’s For You (August 2024), features a mix of full-band and acoustic tracks. Doug Drake
Growing up in a musical family Doug began writing songs and playing guitar when he was young. Guitarist James Burton encouraged his move to Nashville where he honed his skills with some of the industry’s most successful writers. Now residing in Gulf Shores, he works with the Frank Brown Foundation whose mission is nurturing young songwriters and musicians at area schools. He continues writing and plays weekly on the Gulf Coast.

Wyatt Durrette
His music industry career began upon meeting Zac Brown while working as a bartender in Atlanta, GA. Their collaboration has resulted in monumental success including 12 #1 hits and two CMA Triple Play Awards. His talent recently caught the attention of Country superstar Luke Combs. Co-written by Wyatt, the song “Beautiful Crazy” has gone 4X PLATINUM, sat at #1 for seven weeks and was one of the biggest songs of 2019. The song was recognized by SESAC as 2019’s Song of the Year, as well as awarded CMA 2019 Song of the Year. Luke’s next single, “Even Though I’m Leaving”, was also co-written by Wyatt and topped the Billboard Country Airplay chart at #1.

From Dahlonega, Georgia, singer/songwriter Jobe Fortner grew up singing hymns in church alongside his family since a child, yet riding to school Monday morning with his step dad listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd at ear piercing volumes. So Jobe’s roots run deep with nothing but soul and southern rock.
Jobe’s sound Blends all his influences from his gospel roots, to his blue ridge mountains upbringing and north Georgia southern rock tradition. Tess Frizzell was born into country music royalty. The daughter of CMA and ACM award-winner Shelly West and acclaimed singer-songwriter Allen Frizzell, Tess carries a rich musical legacy that runs deep through her family tree. Her grandmother, Dottie West, and great-uncle, Lefty Frizzell, are both members of the Country Music Hall of Fame, and her mother famously recorded the iconic hit “You’re The Reason God Made Oklahoma” with her uncle David Frizzell.

Johnny Hayes
Johnny Hayes is a multi-genre artist and singer-songwriter from Mobile, AL who, prior to advancing as a Top 24 finalist on The Voice and becoming a husband and daddy, lived in Nashville for five years. There he wrote with countless songwriters, crafting his own style of writing and singing. In the last year he’s opened shows for Sugar Cane Jane, JJ Grey and MoFro, Lukas Nelson, and Band of Heathens. Born and raised in the heart of Kentucky, Connor Hicks moved to Nashville in 2021. At eighteen he landed a job with superstar, Glen Campbell. And, for twelve years Campbell introduced Carl all over the globe as “the greatest banjo player in the world”. Kaleb Scott King, born in 1992 in Woodland, Georgia, was inspired by George Strait to learn guitar at age 10. After playing locally in Columbus, GA, he moved to Nashville in 2012 to pursue music. Kaleb later returned to Georgia, balancing fatherhood with performing and opening for notable artists. He remarried in 2018, gaining a blended family. Kaleb continues writing and performing, recently releasing a 2023 album showcasing his voice and songwriting, while staying passionate about connecting with audiences.

Kirstie Kraus
Kirstie Kraus began performing on stages at age five, songwriting when she was eight, and loves collaborating. Kirstie joined NSAI (Nashville Songwriting Association International) at 15 and began to make regular trips to Nashville to co-write and study the craft of songwriting. She will be releasing her seventh duet single in July and has co-written songs with many of her peers, mentors and Trop Rock family. Kirstie won the Artist of the Year Country/Female award at the 2024 Josie Music Awards.

Emily Stuckey, Lauren Spring and Rachel Grubb deliver incredible performances and harmonies as “The Krickets” an Americana trio from the gulf coast whose music is what Paste Magazine calls "a truly stunning, one-of-a-kind sound." Two-time IMA Song of the Year winner in both Folk and Alt Country categories. Their new single Pay No Mind, released last year, produced by Rick Hirsh (Wet Willie, Greg Allman Band) features a fresh soul-rock inspired sound for the band.

Cary Laine
Cary Laine, the blue-eyed beauty from the beaches of Alabama, is armed with an acoustic guitar, a powerhouse voice, and a tone that can put its listener at immediate attention as she delivers her message with no apologies. Since her national introduction on NBC's The Voice (and turning all four chairs), Cary has been touring the country and writing new material for other artists as well as releasing her own full-length album, Miss Alabama. Matt Lale
Matt is a full-time musician in Nashville, TN, playing the keys and singing with a variety of artists around town. He spends most of his time with his band Willie Pearl, and divides the rest of his time around the Broadway and East Nashville music scenes, as well as in the studio creating original music. Matt took classical piano lessons for 15 years growing up, and has been playing in rock bands since the early days of high school. Mickey Lamantia
He spent the last 20 years working behind the walls in a prison. A musician all his life, he returned to writing in 2012. After recording “The Dash” in 2015 he went into the studio to record "Outlaw Life," penning four of the five songs. His second album "Every Bad Habit" was released in 2018 and his new "Honky Tonk Confessions" EP series began to release in 2020. "Honky Tonk Confessions Chapter Three " was released in August 2020 and his final EP of the Honky Tonk Confessions Series was recorded with long-time producer Bill McDermott and the legendary producer & songwriter Buddy Cannon. The first single from Chapter Four, "The Toast," was released Nov 6 just in time for Veterans Day.

Raised in rural NY in the 1950-60s, Damien’s music roots are the Greenwich Village NY folk music scene and counterculture movement. At age 15, he started busking in Washington Square Park. Damien performed at several venues there 1965-68. Early influences Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, Woody & Arlo Guthrie and Gordon Lightfoot. Drafted into the US Army in 1968, Damien began performing again in 1998 when Joe Gilchrist invited him to play FBISF. This is his 28th FBISF appearance.

Lynn Langham is a Grammy winning songwriter and musician. Her song, “Old Yellow Moon”, was the title cut of Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell’s Grammy winning duet album. Other credits include Wynonna, Johnny Cash, Holly Dunn, Albert Lee, Elizabeth Cook and more. She voiced “Fuzz the Fob” in “The World of Teddy Ruxpin” and co-wrote and sang the title song of the movie “Sweet Old World”. She writes with veterans dealing with PTSD through Operation Song. She tours with Doug Gill as Langham and Gill.

Mike’s first song was recorded by Chet Atkins when he was 16 years old. He has recorded, performed, and written songs with artists from Crystal Gayle to John Schnieder and Tracy Lawrence to “Gatemouth” Brown. He cowrote and co-produced Crystal’s “Midnight In The Desert,” for the radio talk show “Coast to Coast AM.” It won a NAMA Award for “Song of the Year” 2002.

Barry Walsh
Barry Walsh is a pianist, songwriter, and producer who has performed with legends like Waylon Jennings and Roy Orbison. Originally from Missouri, Bill Whyte is a songwriter, comedian, Hall of Fame radio announcer, performer and more.
His songwriting credits include “Safe Haven” by Hillary Scott & The Scott Family that was included on the album “Love Remains”. That album won the Grammy Award for “Best Contemporary Christian Album of 2016. He also wrote “Crickets, the title song on the Joe Nichols album, “Retired” by Ray Stevens, “Goin’ Ugly Early” by Cledus T. Judd, and “Finger Pickin’ Good” for Kristy Cox featuring world class guitarist Tommy Emmanuel that won the Golden Guitar Award for “Best Bluegrass Recording” in Australia for 2020 as well as “Grand Ole Circle” for Darin and Brook Aldridge and many others.
He’s also had a long morning show radio career. He’s won a CMA Award for Best Large Market Radio Personality and was given the industry’s highest honor when he was inducted in the Country Radio Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2012.
Bill plays across the country with two songwriting trios. “Hits & Grins” with Steve Dean and Victoria Venier, and “Evening in The Round” that includes Grammy winner Linda Davis and her husband Lang Scott as well as various solo shows and shows.
